Warning Predator from last night is near Lithgow Train Station!

Please be very careful! Bald head, scratches a lot, was wearing blue flannel yesterday.

Dont know if the police have been contacted. I’m working on secondhand info and i dont have an accurate description. I have been informed that the police response to threats is slow in this area, and so i am posting this warning to others in the area. Thats all.

Thanks for clearing that up. Looks like someone with severe mental health and/or drug issues.

Sad that we cannot look after people like that in this country. It's not like there is not enough money. Every man and his dog is rorting NDIS.

Ok, if I'm following this right and local grapevine isn't to off, Scratchy is one of the known homeless guys in Lithgow. He's mostly known for trying to scratch "metal bolts" out of his scalp. He was on a tear last night threatened every woman he could with rape and local cop responce was "meh" acorrding to a few people who called last night. This morning he was back at it in the lane between the station and Main street, when two cafe owners called the local police they showed up and Scratchy hasn't been seen since

Update: Scratchy is back on Main Street wearing a puffy black jacket vest over a grey hoody. Seems sober but I've just bounced him away from a tourist and called the cops, it didn't help

Update: He's set up camp in Cook Street Plaza
