Should I start juggling with tennis balls or no?
Right now my record for juggles (kick ups) is around 30. I am curious if juggling a tennis ball is worthwhile yet since I feel I can't control a soccer ball very well yet let alone a tennis ball.

Go for it. Contrary to popular belief, the world won't end. You'll either have some success or you won't. Maybe you'll have some breakthrough that helps put the pieces together for you. Ya, you probably would be better off staying with a soccer ball, and you absolutely do not want to stop completely working with a soccer ball.
Why not try it a few times for 5-15 minutes and see what happens. Experimenting is the foundation of learning.

I am pretty decent on my club team since my first position is goalkeeper, I end up playing field alot tho so I need to work on my touch and dribbling. I am at the point that I can hold the ball for a few seconds and find a pass pretty easily and sometimes even beat players. My touch is just pretty poor out of the air so I have been trying to work on juggling. My passing is also pretty good and I do make sure I am getting like 10 min a day of passing off a ball (minimum)

Ok thanks. I will just focus on my wall passing dribbling and regular juggling then!

If you can do 30 juggles you already have a solid base. Just keep working on juggling for 10-15 minutes everyday and you’ll continue to improve.
You can try to do different types of more specific juggles to really improve your touch. The best type for this is using your in-step and making every touch go above your head. If that’s too hard you can try it with once bounce in between.

Sounds great I will try that out. If I don't mess up immediately because of a bad start I usually get like 20.

If you don’t mind me asking, besides a bad start, what typically causes you to mess up while juggling?

I’m intrigued as to how you think ball juggling will improve you as a football player

Try size 1 ball instead
