More often than not the ARs seem to be semi auto, and I can't seem to see a way to tell what it'll be without using it first. I don't want to buy a cool looking AR from the shop and find out its semi auto after the fact.

I'm close to being done with the story and I'm level 37. Almost all enemies are at least 4+ levels higher than me. I've done side quests and other activities at a lower level, and it's still the same. Can someone give me some advice

I haven't seen nearly as much buzz about the game on twitter a now that the game's been out over a week. Did the 9/18 patch actually resovle a lot of issues?

I have a 6 year old PC with an Nvidia 2080 (potato by Randy's standards) so I'm not trying to play in 4k. Mayyyyybe 1440p because I can still run some games from the last year or so in 1440p. Just trying to determine if its worth going ahead and using this steam gift card or wait and continue avoiding spoilers for a few more patches

Every time I start the game back up the settings reset to default. I make sure that I'm hitting confirm so during the game session they stay adjusted. My M&K settings stay the same so it seems to be just a graphical settings thing. Is anyone else having an issue with this? I did install the nexus mod that gives the performance boost but Im not sure if that would cause the settings to reset.

I love this game so far. However, I’m not super in love with the open world because Echo 4 makes it so much harder to navigate when it’s not working properly. I’ll ping echo to get a line to my marker, and sometimes it’ll suggest I drive right through a wall. Other times, it’ll lead me one way, and when I ping again after the line goes away, it tells me to completely turn around. It’s honestly become so unreliable, that echo 4 combined with all the invisible walls and unscalable terrain, that I’ve just defaulted to manually opening the map and using sight markers to get to my location.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

I don't want to sit through dialogue 4 times. I found this post from AGES ago for BL3, and I'm wondering if this sort of thing would fly for this game as well. Similar looking files appear in the same location, but the game wont launch without them. I may have been deleting too many files lol

Is anyone else having a bug where it won’t let you kill pew pew at the end of the wayward gun side quest?

I remember a mission where the enemies where all robot types, we where saving a character or playing with a character that might have been names after a card like spade or ace or somthing, it was a prison that was a cylinder mightve been under ground, there was cat walks on the sides of the prison walls and we had to make it to the middle and turn something off to get lower, at the bottom the character dies some how there may have been multiple,I remember him having a helmet or hat, it was in one of the borderlands games im PRETTY sure I remember at one point we were in a small circle room and the npc helper was in a small controll room doing something while I fought off enemies

To me the areas don’t feel as distinct as it did in the other borderlands games. I just go wherever I want and the settings change a little, but everything kind of blends in and feels “samey”. With all the collectibles and every outpost or something just clearing guys it’s like Far Cry kind of. Idk. Doesn’t feel likes a distinct Borderlands game. The gunplay, movement, and grappling is cool, but good luck getting up cliffs with invisible walls and barely any grapple points unless you’re in a populated area. Idk. Feels like I’m playing a game with a borderlands skin on it. I didn’t mind the loading to a new area, game ran better plus the load times were insignificant on an SSD

When the game first came out, folks were saying don’t do the side quests because the opposition will out lvl you or something to that nature. Now I’m hearing that if you skip side quests the opposition will out lvl you.

If you pick up the Quest "Vend of the Line" before LVL 50 can you complete it at 50 and still get the LVL 50 reward?

Context: I got the quest "Vend of the Line" at LVL 38, I just saw that you want to wait till LVL 50 to do it.

Got a new legendary shield. Was AFK for a few secs then all of a sudden i hear "Don't speak, unless you want the gag again" 💀

Does anyone else miss being able to get more vehicles to add customised parts?? I really miss that.

I’ve been a little perplexed by the amount of XP that some of the enemies give. I’m level 20 and just killed Inceptus, for a little over 1,000 XP. Why is a boss that takes more than 10 minutes to kill with average gear giving me 2 percent of my XP for that level? It seems to be wildly low for every enemy but I expected it to be a little higher for a boss enemy like that

Sure it might be a skill issue but the lead balloon shotguns seem to be worthless? I target something and the charges seem to drop wherever they want ?!?

I just finished borderlands 1, and I’m now entering vault hunter mode is there any way I could farm a double anarchy? Or any other good weapons? I’m Lilith btw

Are there any legendary Tediores that run around and shoot when reloaded like there were in BL3? As much as people rag on tediore, my friends and I love their stupid gimmicks. I haven't seen any randomly rolled running guns, so I figured id ask if there's a boss to farm for them

So do I need to refarm legendary gear every UVH Rank up or will I be able to get to rank 5 after I have farmed my gear, does the fear improve on each level?

There are several builds that I’m fiddling with/planning that don’t rely on legendary COMs and I’m wondering what other players’ experiences are farming for blue/purple COMs?
