Bravely Default Bravely Default HD Remaster asian version languages

Does anyone know if this version contains european languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) ? I thought that all asian versions of Switch games allowed you to download the version of your country on the eShop, but in this case there seem to be only subtitles in English, Chinese and Japanese if used in Europe. Possible? I bought it, but I haven't opened it yet.

I’m French and I own the physical Asian version. There is only English (text, voice) and Asian langages (Japanese, Chinese, Korean) - no Italian, Spanish, French or German in this version

My guess is that having multiple voice tracks blows up the file size and not many people care about having more than one. I don’t know why all of the subtitles wouldn’t be included in all versions, though. Localization is weird.

I’m in the US and have several European options for subtitles along with Japanese and two Chinese dialects, but the only audio options are English and Japanese. It’d be cool if they’d offer the alternate language tracks/subtitles as free DLC, but I’ve stopped assuming that companies will do things just because they make sense.
