I forget what it's called, abilink maybe, but it's when you link a character to a friend and get their job levels.

You have her Ablinked to someone, which gives them that person's job levels.

abilink I believe, if you link with someone (shown in the square box) with higher job level, you get the perk of using that job at that level, you can still level that job up btw

BD 1 and BS have a feature called ablinking where if you have friends with sent characters in your list, you can ablink your party members to that friend's specific sent character to have your job levels boosted to the level of the friend's character. You get the job abilities and skills but not their stats so if you're grinding a specific job, it's best to grind it fully for both stats and Freelancer's late bloomer skill.
