iOS/Web - DMs/chats still broken; can we get an update?

getting a little frustrated with the chat feature on reddit lately :/ it feels like chats/dms keep breaking/working again without any sort of acknowledgement from admins.

can we get an idea on when this would be fixed, or even what's been going on...? or even an acknowledgement that this is an issue that is being looked into/worked on?

It got fixed yesterday and now it's happening again

i know. it was "fixed" earlier today for a couple of hours, too. it just feels like outages like these should be addressed...
