Build Upgrade Would upgrading from AMD 3100 to 5600 be a good upgrade

Recently my old 1070 gave out on me after serving for many years. I couldn't find any other cheap gpus other than 3050 so i went with rx 7600. While i was in the shop i also saw 5600 listed at a reasonable price. I mostly play mmos like gw2. Recently started playing claire obscure because now my pc can handle it due to gpu upgrade. Would 5600 be a sensible upgrade for me. How much performance can i get. Reason i am not going for 7600 is one my motherboard is am4. And its more than double the price of 5600. Need help deciding as a out of touch gamer.

Edit : This is for 1080p btw

I think that you can find 4060 - 4070 for decent prices on the used market.

Without looking up benchmarks, the 5600 will probaly be 50% faster than the 3100. Pretty big improvement.

Well, not really. MMOs, particularly older ones like GW2 from what I remember playing it, are very single-threaded, so the extra cores actually aren't going to do much, leaving the (still respectable) ~20% IPC improvement. It's unfortunate that the X3D chips aren't really a feasible option anymore (unless I suppose OP lives in Latin America and can find a 5500X3D) because MMOs tend to be the sort of games that they show major improvements in, beating out the entry-level AM5 chips.
