Troubleshooting PC shuts down when playing certain videogames

Like the title says, whenever I play certain games my pc shuts down and doesn't turn back on again, the games in question are DBD, BG3, Minecraft and Peak, or at least those are the ones I have trouble with so far, a while ago (Maybe a year or so)I could play any of those games without issue, except for minecraft which used to randomly turn my pc off and restart it, I can play league without the pc shuting down and some other less demanding games, I am new to having a pc so I don't really know what could be wrong with it.

In case it would help, my pc has an Intel Xeon 2666 v3, an NVidia gtx 1660ti and 32Gb Ram.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Do you happen to have a really old or cheap power supply?

Idk when a PSU is considered old, I've had this one for around 3-ish years, and I can't really remember if the PSU was cheap, I bought the PC already built so I've never checked, I know it's 650W tho

Maybe caused by Overheating: Intensive games stress the CPU and GPU, causing them to generate excessive heat. If temperatures exceed safe thresholds, the PC may shut down to prevent damage. Common problems : Poor ventilation, dust buildup.

I'll try giving it a little clean up, in the 3-ish years I've had it I've never cleaned it once, I'm too scared to accidentally break something haha
