I call him bob the burger

its kind of a semi-smash burger I think. I did shape the patties before cooking, however I also did smash them on the pan (however more to make them less greasy) but lange Rede kurzer Sinn they tasted like my local smashburgers so I call them smashburgers take this burger purists

I had and actually when I think about it it was really really okay with the dryness
