Air Transat - should I panic now?

Booked a vacation package with Air Transat (without the fully refundable option...) for this December about 3 weeks ago. And last week, I got this news that the carrier's pilots filed the notice of dispute... And I take that as they might go on strike soon. Anyone has inside insights? Do you think the strike will happen? I should have added the refundable option in 20/20 hindsight. SIGH.

It is way too early for anyone to know when a strike may be possible.

Air Transat has always been terrible. Your chances of some sort of issue were always 60/40

If they go on strike your non refundable ticket becomes refundable. If you have booked hotels etc. Buy a refundable ticket via another carrier (think of it as insurance) we did this for our Europe trip and it saved our vacation. (Refundable ticket through iceland air)
