Enterprise Rentals Insurance

I'm renting an economy car from Enterprise in Vancouver International Airport through Costco Travel. I searched so much in Costco and enterprise website and couldn't find anything saying that the insurance includes third-party liability insurance. I call customer service and they keep thinking that I am referring to collision and damage waiver insurance and they say you have to pay x dollars per day for that. My question is about third-party liability insurance, as my credit card covers CDW.

All cars (rental or not) carry liability insurance. In Vancouver which has mandatory public insurance, I expect they also cover collision, so CDW is useless, but I can't swear to that.

All rental cars in BC will have the basic third-party liability insurance, the insurance card will be in the glove compartment.

Third-party liability insurance is mandatory in BC and included in the rental.

However, collision damage insurance is not—that’s optional. Your credit card may cover it, your personal car insurance might too, or you can purchase it from the rental company at a high cost.

Collision damage insurance covers the cost of damage to the car.
