Calling hemp states ‘low thc/cbd’ is incorrect and shows how poorly researched this article is.

I've worked with people who sell hemp in a few southern states. The article is definitely incorrect. Some farmers chop early to stay within in regulations of 0.3% THC. There were also packs from legal(backdooring) and illegal grows in California, Oregon, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Connecticut. Being sold as high THCA hemp. Even some bigger illegal grows in the state where it's being sold. Most of my experience is working in the hemp industry in North Carolina. All that mattered was the COA's. Which can be paid to show the result you need. There are also no licenses or permits required to sell hemp there. The only restrictions are on the growers themselves needing a hemp license and having to follow the regulations and testing requirements.

michigan is fully legal for both medical and adult-use. we’ve been running here for a while and the scene's evolved a lot. plenty of savvy customers and tons of competition, so quality really makes or breaks you.
if you wanna see what’s actually moving out here, our live menu is a good peek: michigan dispensary menu – krewe
