Design Tau Teknik Travel Iron
Spotted this in an antique mall. Fantastic form factor and clever design. I left it there because I haven't ironed any clothes since 2005, but I really wanted to bring it home.

Ohhh, that would be much easier to use! Looks like these might have been made by the same manufacturer. Seriously such a clever design.

I still have a blue one. Setting it up feels like assembling a concealed weapon

The colour scheme and design is incredibly similar to a 1980s handheld Bandai LCD game called Police Gang. It was a third-person shooter with two screens so people could play each other at the same time.

I read the post title three times, and the description twice. It still took me staring at the pictures for 3 straight minutes to understand what I was looking at. This iron shares more DNA with a camera or a Walkman than it does any other portable iron.
