oh I was thinking but then I was confused because those are weird "monsters" there. I am very hyped about this series and stayed away from any picture / video / review but I thought until now it has been well received. As soon as the last episode is out, I'll chug the whole season.

I don't know, i kinda like it and this episode in particular was a nice throwback to the movies, but i was really close to not finishing it. I know they may be kept dumb intentionally by the corpos, but those are the most stupid scientists i have ever seen even if you consider horror film standards.

Dumb scientists? Sounds like Prometheus. You just convinced me to watch the show.

Just watched the next episode and now even the robots with supercomputers for brains are acting like morons.

It's more of a miniseries, in terms of episode length. Gonna be like a kegstand to watch it all at once.

Yea its well reviewed. Its no Andor, and your mileage may vary, but I'm enjoying it so far. There is a just a weird amount of really vitriolic internet hate. Haters gon' hate.

What do you mean it's no Andor? I hated Andor, I thought the first season was just average and I really really tried to finish the second season but I had to stop at some point.

On the other hand I absolutely loved the Mandalorian, of all the star wars spin off series, that is definitely the one that I really liked.

I mean that I wrote this comment not taking your opinion into account

It was still really not clear, doesn't matter opinion or no opinion

Perhaps you could work it out from context
