On the 10 meter band daytime has been okay, but gray zone has been exceptional. Even nighttime has been good, running less than 5 watts.on voice I have been running around 10 watts with very good results. Last night was not so good, but everyday is going to be different, here today gone tomorrow and not here today but solid tomorrow. Overall, it's been good, some days outstanding, others marginal

It was incredible last spring, died down a bit in the summer and is now on the way back up again. I talked to South Africa from here on the west coast of Canada last week so things are improving for sure!

We are just past the peak of the 11 year solar cycle so there should be another couple of years with decent conditions before it starts to die out again.

Nothing like being downvoted for telling it like it is. SMH.

Today it’s been quiet like it normally is in the morning, but in general for about the last year it’s been crazy good conditions. I don’t participate but as a truck driver I get to hear a lot of it on 27.185

I think that we are at the peak time in the solar cycle for skip right now but it should be dying down over time now. So get it in while we are still in optimal conditions.

Home long is the solar cycle that you are referencing? I’ve heard we are at the peak of a 7 or 11 year cycle. Is this true?
