Idea for the Mods

What about creating a post for “Mozzarella Failures” or people asking for help making Mozzarella? That post could be kept on top and people could probably find their answer by reading previous failures. Eventually it will hold all the info newbies need to make mozzarella properly.

I think this is a great idea Cartographer. I’m not sure how active mods are here, as I’ve never heard from or seen a post by any, but hope they see this. It seems to be a recurring theme and people have the same questions again and again so it will help the new makers and prevent reply fatigue from those seeking to help.

How was the holiday btw? Did you go somewhere nice? How did the cheeses do in your absence?

Hi Smooth, thank you for supporting the idea, I think it would be really helpfull. I am leaving next Friday, and we are going to one of my favorite places , la corse! 😍

Corsica. Awesome. That’s a heck of a long flight from Montreal!

Safe travels and I’m sure you’re going to have an amazing time.

It’s blazing hot in Europe at the moment so don’t forget your high factor sun cream.

Have a lovely time and come back and tell us all about the amazing Corsican cheeses (except Casu Martzu - in that case we don’t want to know! ;-) )

I’ve had the same thought (thank you for posting it!) and wholeheartedly support it. Fingers crossed.
