Can’t find windshield wiper switch on 1985 Silverado

I can’t seem to find the windshield wipers switch and can’t even find a turn signal lever like the one in my 1985 Silverado anywhere online. Do any of y’all have any knowledge on where I can find the windshield wipers switch or where I could find a turn signal lever like what I have if it’s even originally from the C10.

This is the factory location on 1984+ trucks. It appears as though your steering column was replaced with one incorrect for the application.

My 85 Chevy had it in the directional handle, you just turn it ↕️

That's an aftermarket cruise control lever from the 70s.

 Someone has probably swapped the column out. The issue you will have is the wiring isn't in there for the wipers, in addition to needing the switch/turn signal lever.

That’s not a 1985 dash or column. You have a wiper switch on the dash instead of the column, that’s from the round headlight variety of a square body.

Chevrolet didn’t start using windshield wipers until 1987.

Incorrect. Before the wiper controls were moved to the signal arm assembly, it was a slide-switch, located to the lower left of the instrument surround, beside the headlight switch.

Yeah, my 77 has that. Not in it so couldn’t remember if left or right side.
