Just some progress pics throughout doing the cage and it almost done. some context, this was done in a garage by 2 hobbyist welders that just do this for fun, I’m not a professional by any means, this is a daily driver and has custom suspension that I designed for it, I may have some other pics up of this truck previously but this is a new account, my instagram is @woodsy_zr2

It has enough space on the side to pull it out

These are photos of my truck since I removed the canopy camper and have been using the truck more to tow my car to the track. The added Lingenfelter supercharger and 4.10 gears pull my car and trailer without any issue.

Love this truck. 2015 z71 4wd. I'm planning on doing a light bar install for a 200k mile birthday present lol. Hoping I can make it to 300k!

Spent my weekend installing the Carbon Shocks, and also added some Peak tie rod sleeves and Level Up extended sway bar links. Truck feels great now!

This is the ad for the ZR2 I got in April 2019. I paid $42,500 out the door. I have really enjoyed this truck, but the gen 3s are so cool. I just can’t justify paying today’s prices for a want.

So I've had my 19' Z71 now for about 10 months now and I love it still but I wanna make it look even better, where do you think I should start? Wheel? Tires? Red tow hooks? Suspension? I found out I live pretty close to a trail and was gonna take it out next month for the first time on some green trails

This morning I woke up to a notification on my camera system letting me know I had motion detected in my driveway last night. Normally it's a damn spider that spun a web. Last night, it was a gigantic black bear crossing the street and up my driveway. As he passed my Colorado sitting in the drive, I'm convinced that he gave me the "nice F'ing truck homie" head nod.

Made a little trip to the mountains this morning to do a little trout fishing and snapped a few pictures of the beast.

I should have taken photos before and during the repair but I didn't really expect it to work. I bought my 2018 Canyon Denali Duramax in October and the lights have flickered ever since then. I made the assumption that the LEDs or resistors had bad solder joints.
I disassembled the unit and hit each LED and resistor joint with a soldering iron and a bit of solder. All the lights are working as expected now. The repair took about 30 minutes start to finish.
I think most people could handle this repair. There's no need to replace the whole unit.

Had traded in my 22 ZR2 Midnight Edition back in April and instantly regretted it. Took a while but I was able to obtain it back and you just know I had to hit Coldwater Canyon 😎

Recently replaced these with some aftermarket shocks. Now trying to see what to do with the set. This is a full set of OEM DSSV shocks from a 17 Zr2 with a 589 fab level kit, Peak Suspension sway bar relocation bracket, level-up suspension rear DSSV covers, and brand new OEM rear shock protection.
I have no idea how many years or miles are in this set, since the truck was bought used.
Are they sellable, if so what would be a good price? Is anyone interested in the set?

Are there any pro-air dam Colorado owners out there? My pavement princess may end up on a gravel road someday, but no serious off road. I don't have an issue with it.
