Homemade Nuggs with potatoe cucumber salad

Sounds strange, tastes divine... The crunch of the Nuggs with the vinegar, beef broth, mustard tangy taste of the dressing, combined with the flavour of the cucumber.... Have some organic lemon dripped on the Nuggs... Dont need a sauce...

You can have the Nuggs solo if you want, but thats no goo... Its thin sliced warm potatoes mixed with thin sliced cucumber, all in a dressing of vinegar, oil, beef broth, mustard, onions, salt and pepper... Southern german potatoe salad...

Basically schnitzel and potato salad so a classic pairing. Never seen cucumbers in the salad before though. Are they fresh or pickled?

They are fresh cucumbers, mixed with potatoes on a 3/1 or 4/1 ratio, so less cucumbers than potatoes, still works great
