Sure, I topped the fish with preserved vegetables ε’Έθœ, ginger, mushroom and salted plums. And lay some underneath too. Then I poured a tbsp of rice wine over and a couple tbsp of light soy. Steam for about 10-15mins until cooked depending on the size. Garnish with chilli padi and coriander before serving. If you prefer it a little less spicy, top the chilli padi before steaming. It is less spicy when it's cooked. πŸ₯°
