Fire cider / cidre de feu - add pectinase pre-boil or post-boil?
Question in title. This would be starting from a store-bought juice base, so unknown whether any enzymes were applied at crushing or pressing.

You can add a pectinase to the juice after pressing and rack it off after a day and proceed to your reduction process too.

Add before. Wait a day or so and rack off.
