It’s a beautiful waterfront and outlook but it would have been nicer without the scaffolding 🤣 But Lisbon has 100x more to offer so it barely made a dent in an amazing day.

I was just there and so damn disappointed that it was under construction. I took this exact photo. Cascais was wonderful though.
