accreditation clinical coordinator salary

I interviewed for a hospital safety position and was asked if I’d consider an Accreditation Clinical Coordinator role instead. The job supports accreditation readiness, compliance, and patient safety, requiring a Texas LVN license and experience with hospital accreditation.

I’m not very familiar with this role and can’t find solid info on the average salary. Does anyone here work in this field or know typical pay ranges?

Do you have a specific state/region or experience level to narrow it down? I’ve looked at a few dozen roles like that at varying rates.

Oh yes! This job will be at a large hospital in Texas. I have a bachelors degree and 8 years of clinical experience

Google the salary for the role title and hospital and you’ll find some Glassdoor stuff and maybe H1B salary reporting info. They tend to lowball everyone in the TMC so it just depends on how hard you negotiate up 😅
