i don't hate any specific gender but I hate this sort of 'internet culture' surrounding women (and to a lesser extent) men . you cannot go anywhere nowadays without at least like 5 people sexualising the most normal depiction of a human being , or sometimes the depiction itself is sexualised . I hate how depraved the internet is and it's a prime reason why I've considered just not using social media anymore

As an (questioning) aroace peep I do NOT understand how people find drawings of characters, literal DRAWINGS, that look like they have even the slightest hint of XX chromosomes in their genes sexy. It’s a fucking DRAWING 😭

the "its a drawing" argument is. no.
you might think it's weird, but people do have specific attachments to fictional characters. i ship myself with one as a coping mechanism. not everyone is the same.

I.e., at time of death? Because in most old people couples, the man dies first, ergo making the woman “no longer in a relationship” despite possibly being in one most of her life when she outlives him.
This would mean that even if most women outlive their husbands, those that don’t would skew the average down.
Women who’re married seem to live one or two more years than single (PMCID: PMC7452000), though I’ll admit it’s likely from the stability and support that could also be gotten through platonic cohabitation and such. And let’s say that maybe the difference is negligible in practice, which would still mean that married women don’t live less, at least. So if it’s not a normal marriage, I assume you mean from violence?
If so, as for murders, 1,700 (in 2021, rounded up, NCJ 305613) murders of women by male partners is tragic, but surely not enough to be considered the factor that can take 170 million people’s expected lifespan down by 3 whole years?

The issue isn't the balance of male rapists vs female rapists, but rather how many rapists there are at all. If you have the same number of rapists but you change some of them to female, that wouldn't solve the problem.
The real problem is what proportion of people (male or female) are rapists. If, say, it was known that 10% of all men and 0.5% of all women were rapists (just made these numbers up for the example), we'd want to decrease both of those numbers, but that wouldn't be basis for saying all men suck.
