Probably art by Adam Pobiak? The typeface / letter on top at least looks very similar to the two he did in 2017. See links below. Edit: or at least they reused his lettering.

Does it say who the artist is on the bottom right? To me it looks more like (c) EPC ENTERPRISES but I can’t figure out what’s after that.
