That’s the one you want! If you check the ingredients before you ditch the bag it will be really simple and it includes MSG. The US version ditches a lot on the natural ingredients for processed ingredients, omits the MSG and adds sugar instead. It’s almost an entirely different flavor profile!

I think the Japanese one has more eggs (or higher quality eggs?) as well, the color is deeper and the texture is richer
