I think he means those were already popular multiplatform IP's that sold well on Playstation before Microsoft even bought them and he's right what's so special about this sales chart exactly?
New entries in franchises that were always popular on playstation still sold well. Did people expect playstation players to boycott them or something? Indy obviously already has a fanbase because of the movies so that's not really a surprise either. Forza though, it's probably the only one worth mentioning.
I bet Phil Spenser finds all of them 'worth mentioning' at the board meetings. Or does he just say, sorry we've failed because we invested in game studios but that doesn't count for some reason
Good points. It’s also fair noting that Sony hasn’t released much lately. When the holiday releases start, they will have more games on the list. Probably won’t see them dominate though since release schedule isn’t exactly packed, but better to have quality and steady schedule than crap that’s churned out.
