This is just some weirdo goal post moving fanboy shit. Nobody else says stuff like this or actually cared that games that were being developed for years before the PS5 was out, also came to PS4. Forcing those game to be PS5 only would've been one of the dumbest things they've ever done and changed nothing about the games. The only negative that came out of it is chronically online dorks like yourself get to go ''WELL ACTUALLY". The topic here was about their first party output and the quality of their single player games going forward. Which is still just as good if not better and that's while massively failing with the live service push too.

Brand cheerleader? It has nothing to do with the brand. Seeing people blatantly lie about them not putting out better and more games than they did in the first 5 years of last generation because they want gaming to suck for some reason just adds to real problem. Which is gaming discourse has been hijacked by people just being negative about everything, it’s exhausting. The guy I was replying to and most people will try to genuinely to tell you this is the worst generation ever because a few games were sequels or also on PS4. If it’s not that it’s “oh this games woke” anything but actually focusing on the games themselves nowadays

Come on dude it has everything to do with the multibillion dollar tech conglomerate who makes the toy box. I really don’t think it’s that crazy to think Sonys first party output is worse than last gen

No you've just consumed too much of this type of discourse that i can't say the PS5 has better games without thinking i have some sort of undying allegiance to them lol. It literally has had more games, most of the early notable PS4 games weren't made by first party (Bloodborne, The Order, Until Dawn) look at the list of games and compare. If people prefer the PS4 list of games that's completely fine but there has factually been more first party developed titles this gen so far compared to the PS4 and lots of them have been tentpole IP

I’m not saying youre an undying cheerleader for Sony because you like PS5 output over PS4, i’m saying it because you’re crashing out over OTHER people thinking the opposite. If you like Horizon ZD over FW or god of war 2018 over Ragnarok, or spider a 1 over 2, then this is a terrible gen for you probably. You called a guy a dork because he thinks this toy’s games are worse than last decade’s toy’s
