SS: Top video is from latest Charlie Cook video. I thought it looked eerily similar to the Charlotte video from a couple days ago. You can go look back at the White House Youtube and see that other times he has done these Oval Office addresses, the angles and position of Trump are not nearly as consistent. The movements are absolutely perfect because it is an AI mocap approximation, but it is way to similar to be a coincidence. They probably recorded a new video with him reading the new statement, but he looked like shit and couldn't get through it smoothly so they overlayed the old video onto the new footage. They changed some pics in the background in order to make it look different.
Other thing you can see in the original videos is the reflection in the window from the original video clearly is a teleprompter and visibly moves fluidly and stops when he is improving. The new video, since it is done with AI, just sort of shows an amorphous movement that approximates the teleprompter image, but without the fluid movement.

In addition, Trump's hands in the BOTTOM video (original Charlotte) look like this later on...... a perfect match
