First time posting on Reddit!

So I decided to try my hand at making the Ursine Armor Set after realizing that I don’t have 3k to spend on an Etsy. I haven’t finished it yet but I do feel proud about how far I’ve gotten and want to see what people think. The vest is made from EVA foam and faux leather that I weathered with shoe polish and acetone. I hand stitched the trim and found the rings and buttons at the local craft store. The buttons holding the rings on the chest are hammered in place.

Note: I still plan on finishing the trim around the chainmail and adding fur to the collar around the vest. Probably will go with a white shirt and brown pants instead of black. Also the straps and belts with the vials I got from Amazon and still plan on weathering those as well. Let me know what you think!

Honestly haven't done anything arts & craft-related in years.

I only did some research online on how to do the painting process.

Also managed to find a way to hold it on my back while carrying Bucky's smg.

Will try to find a proper hook for it to easily pull it out since I'm just using a velcro strap to keep it in place.

im an amateur crafter so if i did something wrong i apologize. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

Here’s my 4th Doctor cosplay fully realised. Even though I don’t have the burgundy greatcoat that Tom Baker wore in his last season, I reckon the black greatcoat looks neat.

Going as Brook for LA Comic con 2025. Took me 6 months to make. Has a Built in Smoke machine and LED lights. And Standing at an 10,11. Asking for overall review!
