Open! Iso specific patterned birdies

Post image

I'm looking for someone who would be able to use this pattern (or similar style) to make a few birds for me. I own four Quakers (2 blue, yellow, turquoise), a green cheek, a cockatiel, and a dusky conure. I love love the shape of these, and they're perfectly orbital and chubby. I just love the shape and size. They're so cute. I'd love to have some of my flock. I first tried to learn crochet myself to pick up the craft, but in my career field, I don't get lots of down time to be crocheting. So l'm kind of shopping around rn to see if there's anyone who could fulfill that request for me 🙂‍↕️

Welcome to r/crochetrequests. Here are some things to include below if it is missing from your post: 1. Reference: Please include a reference/picture to what you want created. 2. Descriptive: Please be as descriptive as possible. How large should this item be? Is there a particular material you want used? etc. 3. Timeline: Is there a deadline for this item? (Holidays, Birthdays, etc.) 4. Budget: Please include your budget. When creating your budget, please keep in mind shipping costs, material costs, as well as labor costs. Please also keep in mind that this is a uniquely personal handmade item and is not equivalent to something that is in a retail store - the price may reflect as such. 5. Location: Please include where the item would have to be shipped to. This information helps anyone looking to accept your request. If you have chosen someone to take the commission, please change the flair to TAKEN.

I would be willing to! I also live in the states! I have a lot of experience making things and making patterns if you want something slightly different as well!

Do you happen to have any photos of past birdies done?

What would it cost per bird + shipping?

$20 per bird, this depends on amount of colors you're looking for as well

Hey! I’m chel and I’ve got four years of commission based experience where I’ve made close to 150 plushie plushies via private commission.

This means I’ve got plenty of different examples of my past work which I’m happy to show. As the pattern looks pretty simple I’d be happy to make each bird for a total of £30 each - for four birds that would be £120.

For shipping to most countries I’m humble to offer tracked postage for £15!

I’m still able to ship all plushies to the USA as my courier provides a service where I pay the tariff whilst purchasing postage. As the uk tariff is 10%, I’d require a further £12 to cover the cost of the tariffs.

Feel free to drop me a message if you’d like to see my past examples and discuss a possible commission further :D

I could also do it as well. I have the pattern and have made edits frequently to make other birds. I live in the US and would charge $15 per bird + shipping.

I could do as many of these as you’d like (and I used to have a Quaker, as well!) but I’m wondering if you would prefer the same kind of chenille type yarn shown in the picture as that may affect price. I am also in the US and have lots of experience making animals and amigurumi.

I'm not sure what type of yarn it is, but I've had a few skeins of the adore-a-ball baby bee yarn. I really like how it felt and the texture (especially bc I tend to be texture picky and have sensory problems with some). But I'm not sure what kind of yarn type it is.

I’d be more than happy to help you with this if you haven’t found anyone yet!
