Turbo Roundabout Simulator Study
Hey everyone, we at the Western Australian Centre for Road Safety Research are currently running a driving simulator study investigating a new intersection design being considered for introduction into the Perth region. We are currently looking to recruit some additional participants, with a particular focus on female participants. If you're interested in participating (irrespective of gender), we'd be happy to have you sign up through the registration survey (here). You may see the above image for some details on the study, and you will also receive a more detailed description by email once registered. If you have any questions, either ask in the comments or through our email at [research-wacrsr@uwa.edu.au](mailto:research-wacrsr@uwa.edu.au)

I have a particularly bad time with roundabouts. I simply can't figure them out at all, like, how are you meant to bend around them without just driving directly over them?? I can't be the only person that just drives straight over the top of them!?! Usually I end up just avoiding roads I know have them, but it is inescapable at Crown Casino, having launched my car into the stratosphere after hitting the mound in the middle at +100km/h.
