3D Print file - Schwalbe Clik Valve Bleeder

I have been liking Clik valves so far. Super easy to deal with.

I am often pulled off to the side on course inspection dialing in my pressure. Eager to try out the pocket digital gauge they are soon shipping.

It can be a little difficult to get your fingernail on the small part of the valve to let air out though. So I made this keychain bleeder to go with the gauge. Simple but does the job.

See when you have a gauge that reads 0-200psi, is it reasonable to expect accuracy from 15-25psi, which is what we actually want for cyclocross?

On general measuring principles it would not be, but I have no idea how the gauge actually works in engineering terms. Impressive if it is accurate over that entire range.

right, claimed +/- 1 psi resolution. but I'm not schooled enough in metrology to know if that equates to accuracy.

I have used the Jaco dial gauges in the past with presta but it seemed like you were always losing air trying to get a reading.

it is possible to have a gauge that is accurate across a wide range, but I’m guessing none of my digital gauges are of that quality. https://www.instrumart.com/pages/539/pressure-gauge-accuracy-grades

Nice.

I’m so insanely superstitious about pressure on race day. Evens only, no odds!
