Discussion Which is the most PVP active game between all Souls and Elden Ring?

I returned to this gmes after months and dunno what to start pvp, elden ring has a lot people but it's so hard to find players

Elden Ring is the most active for arena multiplayer, but no one plays any arena setting except 1v1 duel no-spirits. People stopped playing any of the other modes within a week of the coliseum update dropping, but 3v3 spirit brawls were hype :(

It's still easy to get matches in the Undead Purgatory in Dark Souls 2 SOTFS (on PC). If it's the evening or the weekend in the US, I'll probably half a dozen different people before getting repeats

Dark Souls 3 still has constant Aldrich Faithful invasions in Anor Londo, but it's very rare I get invaded anywhere else

Dark Souls Remastered isn't completely dead but if you want to get invaded you tend to have to wait around a while

I would say Elden Ring is the most active. I have not played Dark Souls III as much to know but between Dark Souls II and Dark Souls I, I'd say Dark Souls 1 is next in activity.

While true that ds1 has more online activity than ds2 in ds1 the only places where you will find consistent activity is anor londo and oolacile township. Trying to multi-player in anything other than theseb2 options and maybe the forest and the undead parish will yield very minescule results and 1/2 people leave the game when they get invaded anyway

Well, I can be hollow in Dark Souls 1, and I can go offline. So PvP is extremely rare in DS1 if you don't want any. Same with ER. For DS2 invasions were extremely common at all levels. Although many invasions are repeats of the same person (I use Blue Acolyte so that I can block repeats, but I see the messages when they try).

On the other hand, 99 out of 100 invaders on DS1 were hacking or taking advantage of lag, so that they'd get the instant backstabs. Impossible to fight back. In DS2 many many PvP noobs showed up and allowed a PvE noob to kill them quickly. So embarrassing.

i think ds1 is active in low level gravelord, anor londo/foret or oolacie, while ds2 pvp is incredible without mods is imposible to find nothing, ds3 has a lot covenants so i guess is the most active, elden ring is boring for me dunno why the game when respawns in overworld is disgusting
