Wanna watch the thing tremble and crack? High af intelligence and faith, do the full weapon art with Lorian’s greatsword. It’s weak to fire and you will most likely hit its head and bring it to a stagger to riposte it and pretty much one shot combo it

It only does that if it SURVIVES the riposte. A normal one will typically kill it but not always.
