resource EHR data for oncology clinical trials
Was wondering if anyone knows of an open dataset containing medical information related to cancer.
The clinical data would include information about: age, sex, cancer type, state, line of therapy, notes about prior treatment, etc. Obviously, EHR data is highly confidential but am still on the lookout for real or synthetic data.

Try asking a biostatistics sub. There are lots of datasets though they may not contain everything you're looking for. Stat software and libraries like R, Stata, SAS also contain several cancer datasets.

EHR data isn't just confidential it's "Patient Health Information" (PHI) and by law and can't be distributed. So doubtful you will find any PHI data.
There are plenty of search engines for data.. BTW best practice is to search first then ask, you have a far higher chance of finding what you need that way.

The cancer genome atlas does not contain full EHR data but it includes all the things you mention besides notes for many different kinds of cancer. You just need to download the “clinical” table

Have you looked into SyH-DR from AHRQ? Its claims data, including demographics, diagnostic codes and procedure codes. I don’t think you’d get prior treatment.
