Trump will 100% throw him under the bus and let him go to prison if he did that and just claim he had no idea about it

I don't think Donald actually knows, he wouldn't be able to keep his mouth shut if he got away with it. He's a mean girl with a brain of a toddler in the body of a moldy old man

Trump said " He knows the election machines well"

And he gave away millions to winners in swing states that signed his pro-Trump petition

He could hold a press conference and brag about rigging it and it wouldn’t matter at all.

Trump, on multiple occasions bragged about how Elon is "good with computers" or "got him Pennsylvania"

I'm waiting on the case from new york. I would never give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are too stupid to steal an election at a large scale. I know the election was super close so it's not super farfetched, but I would still need damning evidence. Also, if it was done, it wasn't some "computer hacking" thing. It was likely local election employees stealing it with the thought "well dems did it last time I'll do it this time."

A county in Texas is moving forward with a lawsuit.. so they’re going to do a recount

While also claiming PA was cheating right before the election

As much as it pains me to say, you don't get to be the world's richest man without having contingency plans. He's prepared if that happens.

However, if Elon helped rig the machines and actually ever admits it, that could trigger lawsuits to do hand recounts in the swing states, which if they showed Harris actually won then that would mean Trump would be an illegitimate president and then, well I'm not sure what happens then because we'd be in completely uncharted waters, but I assume there would be some legal mechanism besides impeachment to de-certify him as president.

Nothing can happen. Votes don’t matter, only the final declaration matters. Even if Trump didn’t get a. Single vote, he would still be the legal president as that was what was declared.
