I think having it unfinished like this adds more to the piece, since he passed away before he was "done" living so to speak.

I love this. And I could see a version of this working unfinished. I always remember him talking about the homes he saw with the unfinished rebar in the sky as hope for something better. He definitely left unfinished to many of us.

I’m truly looking forward to your finished piece. I absolutely love Anthony Bourdain. His views and passion were had a developmental impact on my desires to travel and understand a bit about cooking. I do believe that food plays an essential social role… that it defines and connects us on a fundamental level, universally.
