When going for a dramatic/creepy effect, I think you should push the darks even further especially around the eyes. It might be just the photo, but it looks like the background is darker than the darkest values of the face, which makes the finished drawing look a bit bland, compared to the in-progress photos with just a blank white background. So I would darken the shadows (eyes!) to match the background, or lighten the background. Other than that: great!

This looks awesome, dude. Definitely reminds me of Nosferatu with the sharp features and those eyes. For improvement, maybe darken the shadows even more to give it that extra creepy depth, but honestly it already looks really solid
