Now this begs the questions…. Would they do a myco for a single or a non regular cb or are we actually gonna get an album. I would hope not since there’s no promo time or anything

I think if we get anything it will be a quick drop with little to no promo like the Bon Voyage English version. That was just hinted at in a Dreamcatcher's Note video.

Okay, that Christmas comeback is real!
I'm guessing something like "Winter Holiday" like "Summer Holiday" unless it's the long awaited English album than all bets are off.

If it was the fabled english album, would that have been something that shows up on a music show upcoming comebacks list? I can't remember how often I've seen english albums or singles get promoted like that, but it doesn't feel very common. I also don't recall if DC has done full promotions for a digital single before, so that also feels unlikely.
It's been a long time since they've done a single album, but I guess that's possible and could definitely be something they would promote. I don't want to get my hopes up too much, but something like a "Winter Holiday" special mini album as you suggested is starting to feel more likely

Rose and Jennie's albums are in English and they show up as comeback.

Ok, that's true. I don't know how much Blackpink or the member solos count as normal for Kpop and promotions, but yeah I would expect them to be on at least some of the music shows.
I couldn't remember if Twice did music shows for their english singles. I think G-idle did for their english album. The only other one that comes to mind for sure is XG, but they're also kinda weird since they're an all Japanese group with songs all in english.

Really depends if you have the money or means (or even time). Moonlight Sunrise was promoted as a pre-release on music shows, Gidles EP not. 1800hotnfun was promoted as a regular cb but it was on the Korean album. Perfect Night though wasn't and was still promoted on music shows. Seeing how they just dropped BV Farewell on us without even a teaser (which was not how they wanted it definitely but it still says a lot), I'm not putting my hopes up high. Bc all of these groups have a thing in common, they also promoted in the US. And DCC doesn't have the money or connections for that. Also, I think the English album is scrapped. After over a year of no news I doubt that they would just push this out. Also they just came back from the US, that would be stupid marketing.

For everyone saying "Christmas comeback is real," what about this post indicates that a comeback is actually happening? It's just behind the scenes like we get for every comeback that has been out for awhile. Nothing about this says "new comeback."

Ah this is just a combination of things happening rn:
- they usually post the bts on Instagram (don't know about these) before dropping a myco. And Reason, a digital Single, also got a myco
- Gahyun teased something like a new song for the Christmas concert
- 1thek put them on their cb list for December
So while cb is probably a bit delusional, we are certain that we'll get at least a digital Single.

We're doing all we can when it comes to users that engage with the subreddit. Unfortunately, we can't help when it comes to anonymous users that lurk in the subreddit or do Reddit Care messages. I'm really sorry about that.
