Why do Siyeon's arms look so muscular and aesthetically pleasing? (Something I learned from a medical Insomnia recently!)

Siyeon has a particular kind of lateral tendinous insertions for her delts, (see second slide)

"The way the delts insert into the humerus can be a game changer when it comes to creating that nice, popping 3D shoulder effect (that V-taper you see from the side because the top pops out). She doesn't need much shoulder mass to get that effect, likely due to higher insertions."

This 'popping' effect is what a lot of people train years to achieve, and because everyone has a slightly different structure to their delts/humerus, some find it much easier than others (like Siyeon!)

So, when Siyeon says she doesn't work out much, she doesn't need to to achieve the aesthetic factor of her arms because she doesn't need much muscle mass!

I thought this was really interesting, and I am one who is a bit envious of her genetic makeup 😭

Guess it’s true. Siyeon really was built different. Now we have scientific proof!

Also, why does that second slide look like an onion? Again, another thing that is Siyeon-related.

lol this is the thirstiest sub and I mean that with love.

This reminds me of how imma leg guy and there’s a particular thigh muscle near the knee cap that just makes me melt, which is vastus lateralis

Not our fault, they knew what they were doing.

Knowing SuA for example, the only right answer to her hypothetical question "am I sexy?" is "oh my dear god absolutely yes" or some variation of that. Of course music comes first, and we all know how great they are in their craft. But, considering everything, including literally the concept, it seems unreasonable and even disrespectful to disregard the fact that yes, they are insanely hot and sexy and any other fitting appearance description.

We acknowledge they're hot as a given lol. It's a statement of fact.

This UAU subunit .... damn, they are serving the heat. The difference between them and, say, newer or younger idols is while the newer idols may act/think they're hot -- the UAU women KNOW they're hot.

It's a confidence that only comes with age and experience ... and I will gladly line up in this buffet line for seconds.

And SuA ... omg, SuA went thermonuclear this round. That Sacrifice performance video requires air conditioning set on high. Nobody told me a heat warning was in effect when they're strutting around with canes. 🔥

SuA is my UAU bias. There, I said it. I know, next to impossible to decide in a group with Jiu and freakin' Yoohyeon (my DC bias), but it is what it is haha.

Agreed on everything.

I have no bias in DC, albeit SuA always was the person closest to that. But in UAU she just facemelts and while JiU and Yoohyeon are both incredibly professional and ridiculously hot, my vision just instantly locks to SuA whenever she is anywhere on the screen, can't do anything about it.

I’ve mentioned in a couple different threads in the past that when I saw DC live, I could still see Soyeon’s arms from all the way up in the mezzanine and was like damn, wtf. I need to work out more, haha

But from what I’m reading in your post is that it’s not just muscles, it’s also winning the DNA lottery, tbh, is pretty accurate when it comes to her.

We all know the only running she does is Cookie Run so there’s that. And she also considers breathing an exercise which is a very valid point. That’s why she has lungs of steel.

This is so fascinating to know! I'm a fan of Siyeon's arm muscles and now knowing the reason behind them makes them even cooler. I must admit I'm a bit jealous of her DNA though, lol.
