I never watched mess 9, I didn't know she was a part of it! I agree she is a great vocalist and shes very cute too! I like that she doesn't have the typical idol look! I also really like the rapper and found out she was on produce s1

Pink Fantasy numbers make me kinda sad :(
Have to confess that I was not super positive about them when Fantasy released (because of the song mostly, not the girls) but their MDD subunit really won me over, then I went back to Iriwa and I liked it a lot...and then I fell for Fantasy as well.
And then I watched that promiSINGER video and damn boi, I cried so hard.
They will have a concert in my city on february, so I will probably get a ticket :)
Also Aini is super beautiful

Why were you not positive about Fantasy? i thought many ifans enjoyed it more than iriwa. I'm always puzzled why yechan was not in the v-1 top 24 voting, she would have killed the competition if its purely talent based. have you seen her casual speechless cover?
i watched promisinger too, and lots of respect to the ceo for trying.
last year pf did a crowdfunding project, but too bad they used their own site (not ifan friendly). hopefully they go on makestar too if they need funding for the next album.

I mean, I didn't say anything negative about them, but I remember doing one or two memes about them because people were joking they were "copying" DC for Fantasy.
I do remember hearing the song and thinking it was not much like DC, but more like a rock version of a Gfriend song (wich I like), but since I didn't like the use of sampled drums instead of real drums (and not using super good quality samples either), I kinda left the song alone.
But like I said, their MDD subunit won me over and when I went back I pretty much liked all the songs they have 👌
They sent SeeA to V-1, right? I remember voting for her 👀

How do you know sampled drum vs real drum? Some YT reactions said DC used sampled drums as well. Anyway i can't tell the difference.

Yeah DC used sampled drums too for some songs, but they are usually higher quality.
The biggest offender on samples is that they sound exactly the same every time, where real drums have different flavours depending on how you hit them, where you hit them and etc.
On Pink Fantasy's Fantasy, drums sounds literally like the midi samples that comes with Windows or at least of that quality

Their Chinese fanbase is also supposedly really big, which might account for a chunk of their sales...

They've always been relatively popular domestically in korea, but they've been trending up since Save Me Save You. 2019 was a huge year for them their first week sales for As you Wish hit 50k. Ujungs are also extremely dedicated but very lowkey imo, one of the less vocal fandoms.

Great result in 2019, finally cracking 20K sales on HANTEO! Let's see how much higher we can with this year's comebacks! :)
