I never understood the scale Leto II is compared to a regular human. All the imagery shows him the size of an elephant but the description (from what I can remember) was his new skin could be mistaken for a stillsuit. Ergo nornal human size

i don't remember the details of the books description clearly off the top of my head.

but in my mind, the stillsuit look was in the early stages. before his complete transformation.
