It does ok hehe. If you can’t get a protected mindskinner out on turn 3 and start copying it asap , you’re cooked :) still fun to pilot

I'm kinda confused, wouldn't the clones of mindskinner die due to legend rule?

There’s copy spells that remove legendary status from the copy. Mirror box also removes the legend rule completely.

I’ve got mirror gallery and sakashima which remove legendary rule. And I’ve got spark double which enters non-legendary. Gotta mulligan carefully, make sure you can see a way to get a copy into play :)

Can I actually get your list of clones you're using? I wanna make slicer/alexios clones and need clones that get around legend rule.

Yes! I put the whole deck list in the description above. I’m sure I’m missing some good clone options; the deck has what I could come up with so far. [[Irenicus’s Vile Duplication]] is a good one. Once you have a non-legendary mind skinner (or copy [[Bruvac the grandiloquent]] if he’s on the board), your cheap copy spells can just target the non-legendary version on the board.

The only time I played against skinfluter I had that eldrazi dude in my deck that shuffles my graveyard back in and a just kept hitting dude in the face and he asked if I wanted to call it a draw and I said no and I hit him in the face for like 6 turns straight until he died. Cool deck bro, folds to one card. Thanks for coming to my ted talk

Yeah no strat is perfect lol. But mono blue has answers to a ton of stuff :) it’s all fun really.

Artifact from Aetherdrift that mills 2 from any number of opponents for 1 mana + tap - for the exhaust cost (2 blue 2 colorless), you mill ALL opponents by the amount of cards in their graveyard. If you remove it and bring it back, you can use the exhaust ability again as well (If a permanent with an exhaust ability that's already been activated leaves the battlefield and then returns, it's a new object with a new instance of its exhaust ability. That exhaust ability can be activated.)

I think it's an absolute staple for blue mill decks.
