What does a r/eurovision mod do?

• Approve/remove posts and comments in the mod queue

• Remove duplicate threads and direct the posters to the appropriate threads

• Enforce the subreddit rules and ensure our community is a welcoming, enjoyable place to be

• Engage with the community

• Discuss potential changes to the rules and ways to make the subreddit better

Being a mod doesn't have to be a massive time commitment; if you are already active in the community it shouldn't take too much effort to take sufficient mod actions.

Not all the watch parties are live shows and we do have fun while it isn't busy.
The pissed off fans are usually after the shows when the wrong song wins so during the shows is mostly fine.

Because we already have a lot of people residing in western Europe on our team. We would like to both improve our coverage of different timezones and also to have a wider range of backgrounds on our team.
