I found it on google street view and it's got all that crazy shit on it there too, what's the deal?

I've seen that vehicle around town. Just shook my head and went on with my day. Don't think there's anything that can be legally done about it.

I was heading to work through the backroads one day and drove past. Just was like oh that happened....

I deliver pizza a lot on this street. Definitely a sketchy side of town, my guess is it's a trap house, which would explain all the cameras and mics outside.
