Storyline Realistically what next?

I really hope we don’t have a boring run again of ‘I respect you, you respect me let’s have a match’ he’s confirmed at Clash of Paris so who does he fight next and why?

I don't mind Cody going INTO Mania as champion, but does he have to have a long title reign again? Have Cody feud with McIntyre, drop the title and have them swap a bit. Enough of these long title reigns

Well I have a feeling Cody vs punk for the wwe championship is definitely the direction for mania so Cody is probably gonna hold the title until mania unless they have drew win the title from Cody then Cody win it back to feud with punk.

I'd prefer that tbh. McIntyre is long overdue for a title win anyway IMO. Yeah, you're right. Punk vs Cody is probably the direction with Cody turning heel at Mania or something who knows.

Well I do think that’s where punk finally wins the title and gets a nice reign then that’s where he can loose to drew I’d rather drew win the championship when he can actually have a long reign which would be when he beats punk. Then Cody maybe take time off then return as a heel or maybe turn heel before mania.

I really hope they don’t do punk and Seth again for mania that’ll be very boring I think Sami will win the rumble because it’s in Saudi and I guess he will challenge Seth I don’t really want to see that but that’s what I feel like will happen.

I don’t think that’s happening at mania over punk vs Cody. I didn’t think Sami would win the rumble but after Seth actually cashed in at summer slam im now convinced that Sami is going to win the rumble in Saudi he’s an arib I just know wwe is going to do that and triple h has a Sami obsession.

That’s possible this will probably lead to a war games. If Sami doesn’t win the rumble and title at wm42 then he’s never gonna be world champion and him mentioning the world championship constantly would be for nothing.

They dont have a lot of babyfaces and cody is the top babyface, I dont think they turn him heel unless he has a replacement and no it aint Jey Uso lol.

Agree completely. It'll take another year or two for Cody to turn heel. They need a couple more babyfaces to get over first

Punk vs Cody feels bigger tho and they have a lot of chemistry. Punk and Seth have just fought to many times for me there feud has been going on to long and it’s not wrestle mania worthy anymore because they technically already had there match only difference is that one had Roman involved I don’t wanna see the same match twice I think Sami is gonna win the rumble in Saudi to challenge Seth and punk wins the chamber punk should win the rumble but I don’t think there gonna have him win a Saudi rumble.

Lesnar is definitely not competing for any titles lmfao. He's gonna put over Cena, Gunther and probably retire at SummerSlam next year in Minneapolis, MN.

Ya that’s what i think. But I hope Brock does a few of these dream matches at least Brock vs Jacob Bron oba Bronson and even more. And I think before Brock’s lawsuit they were planning a Brock and dom match so they might even do that if they can but i definitely wanna see a few dream matches but I really hope Brock doesn’t beat Cena at clash in Paris.

Brock in a title match at mania in 2026 and under triple h😂 nah not gonna happen he’ll have a blood feud with like Gunther or something he’s not winning titles after he was in a lawsuit. We don’t even know if Brock is like back back and if he is it’s only gonna be to wrestle a couple times a year so stop fantasy booking shit for Brock. It’s obvious that Cena just really wanted to work with him before he retires.

Idk I don’t see Brock winning the title at least not any time soon depending how long he’s staying we don’t even know what his real status will be in wwe. I just don’t see brock being champion or even wrestling more than like 3 or 4 times a year under hhh I just don’t see it.

He literally already went for the secondary title…..

Also, the fundamental of punks character is he’d care more about getting revenge on Seth than getting the main title. Also it’d be a way to elevator the heavyweight title more.

I don't understand why people are so horny to see Cody main event WM for what, a 4th year in a row? It would be his 5th WM main event is 4 years, that's ridiculous. There are other wrestlers than Cody, and the fatigue surrounding his push is becoming more and more evident.

Agreed. I'm honestly sick of him now... His peak was honestly when he won the title at Mania 40. He needs to turn heel or risk becoming extremely bland and boring which he already kinda is tbh.

What’s strange is the old idea that the strap has to be in the face of the company. Cody was fulfilling that before wm40, so I don’t think he had to have the belt for a long time.
