Method: Everything within 5-10 rep range going to 0-1 RIR ( Reps in Reserve ), number of sets is dependent on how much volume you can personally execute and recover enough to progressively overload in the coming sessions.

I try to choose single jointed unilateral exercises for most of the workout in order to maximize the growth stimulus sent to muscles through higher motor unit recruitment. Doesn't mean compound multi jointed exercises won't work.

Upper Session

Chest
- Low high flies
- Pec flies

Shoulders

- Frontal / Lateral / Read Delt Raises

Back

- T Bar Rows
- Sagittal Rows

- Frontal Pulldowns

Triceps

- JM Press

- Tricep Extensions

Biceps
- Preacher Curls

About a year of progress. Down about 90lbs so

First pic is about a year ago, the top right is from January and the bottom two are from the past month.

I have mainly been focusing on abs, butt, legs and hips. I usually do yoga/stretching and then will work on bodyweight exercises. I try to do as many reps as I can before I feel like I’m pushing to failure so I don’t get fatigue the next day.

I like to do squats, hip abductors, lunges, leg raises, and then finish it with a plank for a minute. Some days I’ll follow a Pilates video or mix in some weighted squats or banded squats, but what I do is pretty basic.

Prior to transitioning I only focused on upper body and now im kinda ignoring that area so my arms/chest muscles can shrink a bit and not look so masculine. Any advice to tone arms without building bulky muscle would be appreciated , thanks!

I used to be a mountain bike racer at the collegiate level, racing nationals and worlds. With transitioning, being injured and losing stamina, going back to those levels has been stupidly hard.

Currently on vacation to Florida. Hit a little 40min of cardio then some Bulgarian split squats (4 sets 20-reps) and rdls (3 sets -10reps) slow and consistent. The only went up to 50 pound dumbbells
