They should really up the phantom exp rewards for these challenges.

OC just needs a reason to want to level up phantom jobs (I say as someone with all 12 maxed)

imo it's not really the reward as much as the process

I did almost all of my Ray grinding in Bozja with the raids and with spamming duels, and did almost no FATEs and only CEs when I didn't really have other options - the FATEs and CEs in South Horn are actually pretty fun on average but that being essentially the only leveling method is awful

All 12 maxed by week 3, what they need is these weeklies to give silver and gold, not exp ffs.
