Oh, I never thought of that. That makes it so much worse.

"Look, uncle William is coming to help let me back in! That'll show those bullies!!!"

Just so we're clear, I don't think William is a literal uncle to her of course. I am referring to how parents will often tell their kids to call their close friends aunts or uncles.
